May Goals

I’ve smiled so much since the sun started shining again here in the UK. I hadn’t noticed until this year just how much the weather really affects my mood. Has anyone else experienced this? Let me know in the comments. I would love to find out more!

For those who don’t follow me, I’ve been inactive for a few months due to personal circumstances if you would like to catch up on my previous post, click here. I’m now back on the blogging scene and I’ve decided to start with some goals. Not having any for a while had me feeling a little lost! I tend to find writing them down really helps me.

– MAY GOALS: BLOG & PERSONAL –

PERSONAL GOALS

  1. Apply for my passport
  2. Apply sunscreen in hot weather
  3. Continue to follow Frances Cannon Self Love Club Rules
  4. Complete The CBT Workbook by Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald (2017 Edition)

MOTHERHOOD GOALS:

  1. Make more homemade meals and snacks
  2. Sit at the kitchen table for breakfast, dinner and tea
  3. Attend speech therapy
  4. Encourage a good bedtime routine

BLOG GOALS:

  1. Take more photos
  2. Schedule blog posts
  3. Interact with other bloggers
  4. Work on my social media accounts
